We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

  1. Contractual Necessity: We need your data to provide our services, such as fulfilling your order, printing your custom design, and shipping the package to you.

  2. Legal Obligation: We are required by Dutch tax law to keep records of our sales and invoices for 7 years.

  3. Legitimate Interests: We use your information to improve our services and compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We protect your personal information and only share it for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

  • Invoices & Financial Data: Retained for 7 years (Required by Dutch Tax Authority).

  • Custom Design Files & Clichés: We may keep your digital design files and magnesium clichés for a longer period to facilitate re-orders easily. If you wish for us to delete your source files or recycle your clichés immediately after production, please contact us.

6. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

We are based in The Netherlands (EU). If you are ordering from outside the EU (e.g., USA, UK), your data will be processed in Europe. If we use third-party services (like Etsy or Google Drive) that are based in the US, we ensure they operate under the correct data protection frameworks (such as the Data Privacy Framework).
